Recently on the December 2011 issue of Website Magazine, Clicksor has been named as one of the top 50 affiliate networks to work with beside big names such Google.com, Amazon.com, and Ebay.com. Website Magazine is a magazine targeted to qualified website owners and Internet professionals. The ranking is based off of a website’s popularity, with ranks calculated by focusing on average daily unique visitors and page views over a specified period of time.

Clicksor’s New Italian Language Website

Clicksor has just recently released its new Italian website for Italian native users. This is in response to an increase in the number of Italian users that we are receiving at our site. In order to access the Italian version of our site, you can go to http://www.clicksor.com/?lang=it, or you can access it through our English site by selecting the language on the top right corner of the page.

How to Read a General Conversion Report

For any campaign, it is important for Advertisers to know how many conversions and returns are generated to get a feedback on whether it is performing well or poorly. With our General Conversion Report, you can use it to track those types on information on any campaign that you have placed a tracking code.

In this guide, we’re going to talk about how to read and understand the General Conversion Report so that you can make the most out of the data you are getting to make necessary changes on your campaigns.

Below is an example of what a General Conversion Report looks like.

Here, I’ve listed out what each of the values mean on the report.

Visits: This shows the number of impressions your ad has received.

Amt Spent: This is the amount spent by the Advertiser per cost metric.

Conv. Value: The total returns that you have designated for each conversion.

Conv. Ratio: This is the ratio of returns that you are getting compared to the total amount that you’ve spent. It’s a good gauge of how successful your campaign is overall. (Calculated by Conv. Value/Amt Spent)

Uni. Conv. Value: The total returns that you are getting for each unique visitor or IP that converted.

Uni. Conv. Ratio: This is the ratio of returns from a unique visitor or IP compared to the totoal amount that you’re spent. It’s a good gauge of how effective your campaign is. (Calculated by Uni. Conv. Value/Amt Spent.)

For tracking these conversions and generating reports, we have the following tracking codes:

  • Image Pixel (cluid)
  • Javascript Pixel (enhanced)
  • Server to server pixel (cluid)

How to Distinguish Different Targeting in the Keywords/Channel Report

Clicksor has just recently released its new ISP Targeting for Advertisers so they could create more effective campaigns than ever before. ISPs that you have targeted will be shown on the Keywords/Channel Report of your Advertiser Area, along with any keywords, channels, and sites that you’ve targeted as well. This tutorial will briefly help you distinguish all of your results from each other (your keywords, ISPs, etc.) within the report.
First, here’s the layout of the Keywords/Channel Report, shown below with all the different types of targeting that will show up.

In this example, you can see that there is a combination of keywords, channels, ISPs, sites, and even a RON.
When keywords are targeted, they are shown on the report exactly as they are added in.
Channels are displayed usually in the format of “Channel: ” and could be easily identifiable from other targeting categories.
Sites are identified in the form of “Site: ”.
ISPs show up in the form of “ISP-> ”.
RONs are simply shown as “->RON” when it does show up.
For each of these targeting categories, you can find the number of Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Amt Spent, and Purchase to help you get a better picture of your returns and results for your campaign.
